At Wilderness Presidential Resort, we value the pride and sense of belonging that owners embrace at the resort. To ensure
everyone enjoys safe and pleasant camping experiences we’d like to remind all members, that the resort is not a residency
and memberships cannot be used or combined to stay more than 90 nights a year:
 

The maximum number of overnight stays per year by any owner is 90 nights. Multiple accounts or
memberships and joint ownerships of single accounts may not be assembled, sequenced, positioned
or otherwise organized in any manner to exceed the limits established.

We have seen a recent increase in attempts to live here by camping members and this puts an unfair burden on the resort
and their fellow members. It is not nor has it ever been acceptable and we appreciate everyone’s cooperation and under-
standing in the matter. We don’t want to see anyone without a place to go and call home, and as much as we want this to be
your home away from home, the campground cannot be your primary residency.
